1946 Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead
1946 Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead
This meticulously restored 1946 Harley-Davidson EL was the last restoration by noted expert Craig Clack. It has only testing miles since restoration, and it is one of the finest examples of a 1946 Knucklehead as you’ll find. It’s a correct restoration using hard-to-find, correct OEM parts, including plenty of postwar trim pieces; all chrome pieces were re-chromed, and all pieces originally cadmium-plated had a new layer applied. The engine has matching belly numbers, so if you’re looking for an excellent Knucklehead, this might just be the one.
(The bike is dusty right now as it has been sitting in storage for a while, but otherwise it is in the exact condition it was when it was last sold.)
This bike is located near Kansas City, USA. If you would like to see it in person please let me know and I can arrange that for you.
This machine is part of a group of around 40 bikes I am selling from a large collection right now. Please be sure to check out the other bikes I've got for sale!
