1942 Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead
1942 Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead
This 1942 Harley Davison EL Knucklehead is a rare find - 1942 and 1943 showed some of the lowest production numbers for knuckleheads throughout their entire production lineup from 1936-1947. This bike looks to have been restored or repainted a number of years ago, but still retains many original parts and pieces. The engine is showing a beautiful original VIN number and original matching belly numbers on the cases - a very important detail on any knucklehead!
This machine kicks over with good compression and appears like it was running not too long ago. I believe just a little TLC would make a running and riding machine without too much work!
Please use the pictures to judge what is original on this bike and what is replacement.
This bike is located near Kansas City, USA. If you would like to see it in person please let me know and I can arrange that for you.
This machine is part of a group of around 40 bikes I am selling from a large collection right now. Please be sure to check out the other bikes I've got for sale!
